I am voluntarily taking part in the Castle Rock WineFest tastings and all of the other special events provided by Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce at this event. I am in reasonable health and am not otherwise limited by either minor or serious mental or physical injury, disability or illness that could potentially render me particularly susceptible to injury or disability while participating in any activity at this event. In consideration of participating in the Castle Rock WineFest, on behalf of myself, my heirs and representatives, I am agreeing to release from all liability and further agreeing not to sue the Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce, its employees, contractors, agents, owners, vendors, business participants and all those connected with it from any and all claims, including claims of the Company’s negligence, resulting in any physical (including death) or psychological injury, illness, damages or economic or emotional loss which I may suffer as a result of my participation in the Castle Rock WineFest including travel to/from this event.

THIS EVENT HAS CHANGED TO 21+ OVER ONLY EVENT, NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 21 WILL BE PERMITTED, BRING YOUR ID, ITS REQUIRED.

  • READ ALL OF THE TERMS LISTED PRIOR TO PURCHASING YOUR TICKETS.  WINEFEST TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, BUT YOU MAY TRANSFER TO OTHERS. 
  1. MUST BE 21 YEARS/OLDER TO ENTER THIS EVENT & TO PARTICIPATE IN TASTINGS.
  2. ALL ATTENDEES MUST HAVE A PHOTO ID to enter.
  3. NO CHILDREN ALLOWED. 21+ event, no one under age of 21 will be permitted.  (No Exceptions)
  4. NO PETS ALLOWED
  5. EMPTY OUTSIDE COOLERS ARE ALLOWED, BUT NO FOOD AND NO BEVERAGES ARE PERMITTED IN TO THIS EVENT.  Food/drinks are available for purchase.
  6. WEATHER POLICY: Event will be held, rain or shine. 
  7. EVENT IS HELD OUTDOORS IN GRASS AREA OR TURF AREA. Wear comfortable shoes, bring a poncho/jacket, etc. 
  8. PLEASE CONSUME ALCOHOL RESPONSIBLY AND KNOW YOUR LIMITS.  
  9. MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR A DESIGNATED DRIVER PRIOR TO EVENT. 
  10. WINE CHECK is available at the Chamber's booth, not responsible for left/damaged items.  
  11. Castle Rock Chamber reserves the right to remove any individuals from the event for any reason.


PHOTO POLICY: Promotional photos or videos may be taken at the event. By purchasing a ticket, all attendees consent to the possible use of their image in Castle Rock Chamber promotional materials.
